  • Oversaw the wire bond rework team for Battery Module Lines for Models S/X.
  • Led various hardware Battery Module (Models S/X) complex automated production assembly lines and high production ramp up with a team of 6 to 33 Production Associates in 3 Battery Module Manufacturing lines.
  • Spearheaded a rework and recovery project to retrieve abandoned modules across the powertrain line. We were able to rework and recover about 90 modules worth about $300,000 and scrapped about 20 modules. We were also able to recuperate valuable manufacturing space in the process.
  • Maintained high production yield despite of drastic organizational changes and cutting manpower by 30%.
