- Oversaw the wire bond rework team for Battery Module Lines for Models S/X.
- Led various hardware Battery Module (Models S/X) complex automated production assembly lines and high production ramp up with a team of 6 to 33 Production Associates in 3 Battery Module Manufacturing lines.
- Spearheaded a rework and recovery project to retrieve abandoned modules across the powertrain line. We were able to rework and recover about 90 modules worth about $300,000 and scrapped about 20 modules. We were also able to recuperate valuable manufacturing space in the process.
- Maintained high production yield despite of drastic organizational changes and cutting manpower by 30%.
- Encouraged cross-training Associates with different module lines.
- Strived to boost Team Morale especially in challenging situations.
- 1 on 1 coaching for discussing goals and continuous improvements.
- Analyzed KPIs to maintain a healthy Quality-vs-Quantity production flow.
- Shown the ability to be resilient and handle changes in organizational structures, strategic directions, and change of leadership roles multiple times.
- Actively participated in finding ways for continuous process, quality, and safety improvements in different production lines. Partnered with cross-functional teams (quality and engineering technicians).
