Education

Bachelor of Science - Business Administration: Supply Chain And Logistic

Portland State University
Portland, Oregon
01.2010

Bachelor of Science - Automatic Systems in Transportation Management

Ural State University of Railway Transport

Skills

  • Project management
  • Process improvement
  • Operations management
  • Data analysis
  • Capacity planning
  • Relationship building
  • Inventory Control
  • Schedule recovery
  • Dashboard design
  • MS Excel, Access, VBA coding, Visio, SQL, Tableau, ERP LN, SAP, Workday

Accomplishments

  • Six-month assignment at an external supplier’s manufacturing facility: Led schedule recovery efforts for the launch of a new airplane model. Conducted a comprehensive production readiness assessment, evaluating work sequencing, critical path dependencies, capacity planning, and process efficiency (time studies, work sampling, etc.). Developed key performance indicators and structured data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making. Findings revealed the supplier’s production ramp-up plans were unrealistic, ultimately leading to contract termination.
  • Implementation and sustainment of an innovative “level-loaded” production system across multiple product lines: Conducted value stream variance analysis, material and information (M&I) flow mapping, and problem-solving initiatives to optimize inventory levels and improve on-time delivery. Achieved a $200K quarterly inventory cost reduction on 777 Landing Gear Beams through buffer size optimization.
  • Designed and automated the "Hour-by-Hour" expedite/recovery tool, streamlining production tracking and issue resolution. This tool evolved into a web-based solution now managed by Boeing Portland’s Supply Chain organization. Presented the solution at the 2014 Industrial Engineering Showcase.
