Accomplishments

  • ASM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. Basically the program was I learn and watch every little thing the store manager does and she train me on everything a store manager is suppose to do if she/he decides to leave the business or out for leave or on vacation. I learned and took the test on the computer and I passed and then I get to have a store walk with the district manager for the last step of the program and he/she determined if I would have been ready or not to take on the store managers position for when I was next in line for when there was a store open for a store managers position in the district.
