I work in a memory care facility, I take care of elderly who have Alzheimer's, I pass out their medications to them and contact family if needed to be and I provide family with any information that they need about their loved ones.

To answer calls and questions from customers assure that I gave them the best customer service and provide any information that they needed !

My job here was to answer phones and assist customers with any questions or help that they needed. And to provide them with the correct information and make sure I got everything taken care of for them!
