This position is a live-in nanny job. I travel with this family when they do, and I am secondhand for the mom. The dad is away at work almost all day, as he is a professional sports player. I nanny two kids: a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old.

• I was a nanny to a 2-year-old boy three days out of the week. I am basically a moms assistant in terms of taking the place of her while she is at work.
• I did everything along the lines of changing diapers, feeding him, playing with him, keeping his attention, and putting him down for a nap. I did this from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. three days out of the week.

• House cleaning is a super hands on job, and it is not a job for just one person. Here I got to learn leadership skills, teamwork, and independence as well.
• This job was very hands on, and was from 9-5 during the week. As a college student I could only work 3 days during the week, but my schedule has changed.
• Reason for leaving: they do not offer weekend jobs, so unfortunately I had to leave

• Working at Cheddar's, which is a fancier restaurant, we hosts and hostesses had many responsibilities. We are to greet guests as they come in and out, take their name down, and call them when their table is ready.
• We had Front of House duties and Back of House duties. Front of the house was dealing with guests and the cleanliness of the front desk. The back of the house was dealing with cleaning menus, rolling silverware, and cleaning our host station.
• As a hostess, I know how to keep a smile on my face, greet people with courtesy, and hold conversations. I am outgoing, friendly, and very responsible.

• As a host, you are the first person that a customer sees, so I tend to be very friendly and inviting. Hostesses are responsible for giving the customer and guests the best experience by greeting them, leading them to their seat, letting them know who will serve them, bus the table if they need plates or anything cleared off, saying goodbye when they leave and cleaning their table so it's ready for the next guest to sit there!
• Not only are hostesses an important asset to the team in that aspect, but they are able to do anything anyone asks of them if needed.
• My experience as a hostess has led me to be more outgoing, think outside the box, and how to be a team player. I've also learned time management skills.

• As a class representative and active member of the Student Government team, some of my responsibilities include: overseeing yearly fundraising activities including managing budgets, purchase orders, reconciling receipts and delegating responsibilities to other team members, creating and executing school spirit guidelines and participation, and planning and executing local charity events.
• My leadership was instrumental in the overall success of this year's Winter Chill dance where we raised nearly $4,000.
• During my Senior year of High School we had a 'covid year', so we were online basically the whole year. This meant that we had to adapt to learning, communicating, and setting goals online. For Student Government this meant that we had to come up with virtual ideas for fundraising, events, group activities, etc. This was extremely challenging but we still managed to keep high spirits up throughout the school. Students were still involved and engaged in things that were happening around the school. This allowed us to step our social media game up, and grab attention from the internet. We were able to adapt as well as we could.

• During my time at Target, I learned what it takes to bring customer service to a field other than food. I worked on the register, I cleaned, and I worked the drive-up.
• Being able to multitask and work in different areas of Target helped me become more independent and open to more work.
• I always had a smiling face and open mind about anyone who walked in the door. I was the first person people saw when walking into the store, and I made the first impression for Target. To greet people with an open attitude is very important, and I learned how to do that to more extent.
