• 4H - Member of 4H for 13 years. Exhibited and cared for livestock (rabbits and goats) gaining hands-on experience in animal husbandry, record keeping, and project management. Prepared animals for competition, including daily care, training, grooming, and showmanship. Competed in county livestock shows, demonstrating responsibility, dedication, and presentation skills. Developed leadership and teamwork skills through 4-H meetings, community service projects, and peer collaboration.
• 4H Camp Counselor - Led and supervised groups of youth campers, ensuring safety, engagement, and positive experiences throughout camp activities. Planned and facilitated educational workshops, recreational programs, and team-building activities for campers of various ages.
• 4H Junior Fairboard with 2 years as Junior Superintendent of the Sheep Department. Assisted in planning, organizing, and running county fair events, including contests, shows, and community activities. Collaborated with board members and adult advisors to coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and support fair operations. Provided leadership and customer service by helping exhibitors, vendors, and visitors during the fair.
