- Years of working with the public has perfected my customer service skills which will no doubt have an important impact on how I carefully deliver information and talk to parents, staff, and even children

- I also developed the important skill of properly communicating with those that I work with in order to efficiently and appropriately get tasks done This will create a smooth and relaxed work environment, untainted by miscommunication or improper language use

- As with the communication skills, years working in customer service has made me more than proficient at working in close proximity with others Not just that, but working closely at accomplishing a similar task As an educator, my fellow instructors and I will no doubt always have the same job of making sure each and every child in our classroom is properly looked after and also actively learning and engaging

• Leadership Skills

- Not discounting how vital it is to work as a team, but I have learned how to manage important situations and delegate tasks in a fair and organized way It has been a job of mine to control and solve problems, as well as to keep a "cool head" in times of stress and distress
