• Created Microsoft 365 Admin account within the Flight Centre Travel Group domain. Updated an excel sheet with E3 Licensed Users and did an audit log on each user for recent activity. Worked with Azure Active Directory and removed licenses from users that weren't active. Disabled users on Active Directory Domain with removed licenses.
• Setup new laptop and custom install with a USB boot file containing Windows 10 Pro. Renaming PC name and adding them to the domain corporate.libgo. Configured settings manually through Local Group Policy enabling and disabling features for new hires. Configuring BitLocker and installing Labtech to onboard users with FCUSA and ship the laptop to the new hire.
