Initiated the identity of the First Food Truck in Corpus Christi, Texas!

Created the olive green, orange, and beige camouflaged paint design on an old Milk Truck, with the help of an Ad Agency Artist.

Built kitchen from scratch, with counter tops, oven, grill, refrigerators and storage to hold sandwich condiments.

Designed Menus, adding 21 different homemade sauces for hot dogs and sandwiches.

Hired and trained up to three employees to help craft and serve the sandwiches, all the while, playing upbeat music on outside speakers.

Solicited Advertisers for Sponsors to place their logos on the back truck.

Annual income surpassed $75,000 the seventh year of business.

Began at shopping centers, beaches, and bars, finally becoming Caterers for large Events like Sand Festival of Port Aransas, Texas.

The last venue was Murdoch's popular inside and outdoor Bar, in Corpus Christi.

Bookoos stayed open until 2:30 am most nights, serving breakfast after their Bar closed.

This business continued very successfully, until the Covid Pandemic and low profits forced us to close down.
