In my position as a Youth Leader at God’s House of Glory Church, I strive to actively engage young individuals through faith-based education, mentorship, and community service. Further, I focus on fostering a nurturing atmosphere that enables children and teens to develop, learn, and engage with our church community.

• Guide supervise and care for children and adolescents ( 2 to 15 years), helping them grow personally, socially, and spiritually.
• Create meaningful and effective lesson plans for each developmental stage that teach underlying values, principles of faith, and relevant themes.
• Prepare weekly engagements with long term programs and special projects for community service.
• Arrange and supervise children's collective participation in church activities, promoting social responsibility and cooperation.
• Assist in their safe progression while offering encouragement and addressing personal needs for constructive change.
• Work with leaders and volunteers within the church to provide for their interests and ensure proper maintenance of the program.
