• I conducted armed vehicle and foot patrols to approximately 33 Liberty military housing properties around San Diego County to ensure the safety of the service members and their families.
• I responded to burglary alarms, panic alarms and conducted foot patrols around the residents home to detect signs of force entry as well as making contact with the residents to provide valid government ID to document for my report.
• I wrote detailed report writings of activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, the presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences.
• I worked very closely with local law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations or incidents that happen on property.
• I was dispatched to calls regarding disturbance, vandalism, loitering/trespassing, abandoned property/vehicles, parking violations and homeless encampments.

• I recovered a stolen motorcycle by observing and reporting to local law enforcement San Diego PD as well as providing the officers a detailed description of the people involved. Upon officers arrival to the scene of the incident, the officers discovered that the vehicles Vin Number came back as stolen. I assisted the officers with there investigation and was asked to help with traffic to ensure the safety of the officers. I later collected badge numbers, officer names, pictures and incident number for my report.
• I used de escalation techniques during incidents by being empathetic, keeping my tone and body language neutral and providing solutions to the incident.
• I worked special events checking valid military IDs/ dependent IDs per Liberty Military Housing policy to only grant access to the residents of the community and to prevent unauthorized access to the property.
