Worked as a float NA since April 2024. Working as a float exposed and trained me to many different levels of acuity and workflows in the hospital.

• Experienced in psychiatric settings, many of my shifts were psych/ER
• Worked in understaffed units as a float, handling high-pressure situations with limited resources.
• Worked on various units, including but not limited to ER, ICU, Med/surg, PACU, PEDS, PCU, CDU, hospice/oncology, and many more specialty units.

As Team Lead for Ready Care, I was in charge of my team of caregivers for a Homecare service. My role included:

• develop and establish care plans with our interpersonal team to best suit the clients' needs.
• establish contracts and care plans with family/POA.
• case management, communicating with various HCP's and medical facility's to coordinate care.
• working the floor, training new employees, and employee scheduling.
