Emerging from a background as a first-generation, low-income individual, I have persistently sought to enrich myself with diverse opportunities and experiences aimed at augmenting my capabilities to excel in real-world scenarios. In pursuit of this goal, I have undertaken an extensive array of laboratory courses at the University of California, San Diego, where, as a Human Biology major, I have engaged deeply with subjects including chemistry, biology, and physics. This educational journey has not only enhanced my understanding of these disciplines but has also enabled me to develop proficiency in vital laboratory techniques, such as pipetting, alongside a strong command of essential software tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
