Summary

I am a Bachelors-prepared RN with 15 years of clinical experience in inpatient hospital and long-term care settings, and have worked for the last 8 years as an RN Case Manager, Interventionist, and Performance Improvement Coordinator for Kaiser Permanente Home Health and Hospice. My clinical interests include management of chronic illnesses, patient education, wound care and healing, infection prevention, psychosocial emotional health and wellness, and mental/behavioral health promotion.

I have a strong background working with older adults and families in institutional and home settings, with focus on health maintenance and safety. I enjoy working closely with an interdisciplinary team, which I believe can optimize patient outcomes. I am goal oriented, caring and empathetic for my patients/ families situation and well-being. I have a strong work ethic and prefer to work at a high level of activity, with the ability to perform detailed documentation.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in expanding my clinical skills and aptitudes via clinical practice and continuing education. At this time, I plan to transition to a remote and/ or office-based position.
