As a Medical Assistant at BJC Convenient Care. I am responsible for rooming the patient by gathered vital signs, confirming allergies and medication histories to ensure safe provider evaluations. Conducted necessary tests in preparation for provider examinations to facilitate timely medical assessments. Performed additional testing, administered medications, and provided injections per provider orders. Gathered all labs and prepared them for pickup during my shift.

• I have worked in the Movement Disorder Center in Neurology as well as the Department of Surgery in Minimally Invasive Surgery. In both departments, I worked in the back office. In Movement, I was responsible for med refills, placing orders, looking over the provider's charts, obtaining prior authorizations for medications. Triage patients' phone calls and route them appropriately. In Minimally Invasive, I would prep my providers charts for clinic, triage calls, obtain signed surgery authorizations and obtain patients records.

As a CNA on the rehab floor, I provided excellent care to patients and their families. I assisted patients to and from the bed, to and from the bathroom, helped set up trays for meals, assisted the nurse with tasks, collected vitals, and charted on my patients hourly.

• I would make sure that I provide excellent care to my residents. Ensuring that they are clean and dry at all times. I will help residents with toileting, eating, dressing, showering, do light housekeeping in their rooms to prevent falls. I would ensure that I would chart anything I had done with the patients. I would take daily weights and vitals. I would assist the nurse with anything that she may need help with pertaining to my resident that I am working with.

• My responsibilities for this position is providing excellent care for my residents as well as providing excellent customers service to the residents and families. I monitor my residents and report changes to the nurse. I make sure that the residents are clean and dry at all times. I help residents with all of their hygiene needs. I electronically chart all changes as well as I and O's. I help assist residents at meals. I also help them with bathing.

• I provide excellent services to my residents and families. I monitor and chart changes and report those changes to the charge nurse. I help residents with their meals, oral hygiene, toileting and changing, as well as changing of clothes. I make my residents beds and tidy up their rooms and closets. I chart the I and O's.

• I am responsible for providing excellent care for my residents. Getting their vital signs, doing safe transfers, keeping residents clean and dry. Working with other aides as a team player. I would assist residents with toileting and personal hygiene. I would also assist the nurse with needs that she/he may need to do with the residents. I would also help residents with their meals. I would get up and lay residents down after all meals.

• I would go to clients home and provide them with services. Their services may differ from client to client. But majority of the chores were housekeeping, bathing, cooking, and dressing.

• I would provide excellent patient care that i could give to any resident. I would assist or get them dressed, help them feeding of their meals. I would help them with any assistance in their room. I would make sure the residents were always clean and dry.

• I was a Delivery Coordinator for the company Menards. I would setup deliveries to customers that were in need of a delivery of items. I would do the proper paperwork that was needed to make sure that the items were pulled and to insure accuracy of the delivery drivers pay. I would check the items on the truck or van to make sure all the items were correct that was going out to a customer. I would also make sure that the truck and or van was loaded correctly.
