- Collect and report data on potential health threats to higher command and public health authorities.
- Lead and train clinical and administrative staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
- Manage crises in clinical operations, addressing staff shortages, equipment failures, and patient safety incidents.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity of care during emergencies.
