Provides leadership and strategic direction in the deployment, integration, and optimization of health information technology (HIT) systems for 120 bed hospital. Oversee the implementation and optimization of Electronic Health Records and other clinical information systems. Develops and implements Informatics strategy and corresponding best practices to improve the quality, safety, and efficacy of clinical operations. Responsible for the management of clinical system training instructors and system administrators.

Develops and implements the Informatics strategy and corresponding best practices to improve quality, safety, and efficacy of clinical operations for 100-bed facility and 5 community hospitals across Italy, Belgium, and Germany. Serves as liaison between clinical and information technology community. Responsible for managing clinical systems training team and workflow analysts.

Oversees the development, implementation, and execution of the informatics strategy, policies, and practices aligned with organizational strategic objectives. Responsible for the management and oversight of clinical informatics programs, processes, and personnel. Builds sponsorship and creates alignment for informatics best practices for all stakeholders.

Manages and coordinates perioperative care for patients in an 11 suite Operating Room at 172 bed facility. Applies the nursing process via assessment, intraoperative care, and post-operative evaluation across all age populations. Adheres to and enforces unit Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements within the organization.
