  • Leads the center in both a clinical and operational capacity to ensure team is meeting KPIs and maintaining standards of clinical excellence.
  • Providing weekly or biweekly meetings with team of BCBAs to provide clinical support on difficult cases, as well as identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback for growth.
  • Collaborated with BCBAs in other business units to provide support and concurrent supervision on cases as well as to provide training and support on PFA procedures.
  • Works with Regional Director of Operations and Regional Director of Clinical Access to manage client pipeline, and ensures center meets speed to service metrics. Supports the family throughout this process with a smooth transition into services.
  • Works with RDO and a Regional Director of Clinical Care to ensure clients maintain appropriate prescription fulfillment throughout services and collaborate with the team when clinical situations arise or family is unable to maintain care.
  • Works with our talent acquisition team and paylocity turn over data to maintain appropriate levels of staffing and predict future staffing needs.
  • Provides supervision and learning opportunities to multiple apprentices through the apprentice program.
  • Worked on additional projects such as the Clinical Director Playbook and currently working on creating an Ethics office hour with the ethics system to provide learning opportunities to use the ethics code in clinical decision making.
