Task with managing the electrical team, and subcontractors with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective environmental, health and safety policies, guidelines and electrical safe work practices to ensure that the department objectives are met. Provide support to project goals and electrical operation team in all aspects of Environmental Health and safety issues.

• Delivered expert-level support in leading six land drilling rig with containing 30+ rig staff members for maintenance.
• Ensured execution of all activities in line with plans as well as in safe and optimal manner by coordinating with HSE officers.
• Spearheading the implementation of comprehensive Quality Health & Safety Environment (QHSE) policies throughout various rigs
• Ensuring the usage of industrial best practices and making recommendations for improvement in areas of concern
• Monitoring incident and accident investigations and conducting root cause analysis
• Liaising with drilling superintendents, Rig Managers, HSE Manager, and clients to creating and implementing action plans based on Audit results.
• Expanded personal skill by providing assistance in Site HSE drills as well as participating in Site emergency training and implemented best practices as member of site emergency organization
• Devising HSE management system, performing compliance audits, and providing expertise on HSE requirements, statutory compliance, and management system guidelines

• Implementation of the Company orientation, Internal Development, Safety and Training Policies and Procedures on the rig.
• Ensuring that all oil rig crew and staff has met the standard safety training requirements
• Carry out inspections and maintain records of inspections conducted for audit and reporting purposes
• Making sure that regulations are followed and promote sanitary living conditions for the all crew
• Keep extensive records and paperwork is a significant part of their job.
• Organize needed trainings; update training matrix and document the safety training that staff has received.
• Ensure that all staff prioritizes safety and maintain the safety standards required for working on an oil rig.
• Conducted safety orientation programs, induction courses and basic trainings needed
• Ensured maintenance of Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program for rigs in area
• Reviewed and actively participated in HSE meetings held at rigs and camps site
