Worked with the Department of Education to provide a healthy and nutritious breakfast and lunch to a school body of 400 students and staff. My responsibility includes managing on hand inventory, designing the weekly menu, and insuring proper sanitation of the kitchen. Other responsibilities include keeping up with all student and staff accounts, maintaining proper receipts and documentation of deliveries.
Handled incoming calls professionally, providing relevant information or transferring inquiries as needed to maintain efficient communication channels within the unit. Handled admission paperwork, arranged discharges, and maintained charts associated with the unit.
My responsibilities included organizing and displaying items in visually appealing manner, keeping areas neat and clean, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Conducted Basic EMT work in an industrial setting working heavily in conjunction with EHS and security. I was responsible for all paperwork associated with any call or accident. I helped identify problem areas and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality. Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items. Maintained a clean and properly stocked area.
USA Medical Center/ Mobile County EMS Completed over 700 clinical hours of EMT and Paramedic training. Also did 75 hours as a administrative aid for the EMS program at the University of South Alabama.
