During my training at the "Pawsperity" Grooming School, I received comprehensive professional education, including both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. As part of the program, I mastered grooming and coat care techniques for various dog breeds, studied the basics of animal anatomy and behavior, as well as safety and hygiene standards in grooming. Additionally, I gained confident skills in using all necessary grooming tools, enabling me to perform procedures efficiently and safely.

My responsibilities included preparing, bathing, drying, trimming, performing comprehensive coat and skin care procedures, handling animals gently, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. I paid special attention to safety, professionalism and quality.

Furthermore, I gained experience working at the reception desk, managing client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and communicating with pet owners. This role helped me develop effective communication skills and a client-focused approach.

I also actively collaborated within a team, maintaining close communication with instructors and fellow students. This teamwork fostered knowledge exchange, enhanced professionalism, and ensured high-quality services.
