  • Maintains the error reports for our entire department, to ensure coding accuracy.
  • Experience in the recruitment and interviewing of Probation Officers, Probation Supervisors, SCAO Staff, and DPS Staff.
  • Develops and maintains several different Cognos reports that are produced monthly, to capture accurate workload value and timely contact standards. Our most recent audit decreased by hundreds of pages due to my work.
  • Participates in budget allocation of well over ten million dollars.
  • Wrote a Chief Judge Order to ensure our department was compliant with new changes in our state statute.
  • Co-created the Case Management Rubric that our department uses to evaluate staff.
  • Reconstructed the PSIR to become more concise, by networking with Judges, other criminal justice agencies, and conducting extensive research.
  • Presented to our local Judges on multiple occasions, and at a statewide conference.
