Accomplishments
When I was just freshly 18 my cousin, my best friend, Michael Ballard committed suicide. Shortly after his passing I wanted to do something to keep his memory alive. That is where "Mental Health Matters" was born. A small business where we spread the message Mental Health Matters on Tshirts, sweat shirts, cups, bags and everything else you can think of. 3/4 of the proceeds are donated to the American Mental Health foundation, while the rest of the proceeds are used to fund the business. I do not make any money off of this. I never wanted to make money, I want to keep Michaels memory alive and advocate for those struggling with mental health issues.
