  • Managed Biosafety Cabinets and Chemical Fume Hoods efficiently
  • Successfully resolved challenges related to cloning, PCR, and transformations.

Independent Study on Schistosomiasis

University of Nevada, Reno| Microbiology & Immunology Department
  • Created a comprehensive scientific article detailing the key pathogen recognition receptors found within the intermediate host of schistosomes
  • Provided insight into the progression of the disease through outlining the pathogen's life cycle.
  • Composed an article highlighting key immunological factors that could be essential for a model intermediate host to clear infection and prevent further spread to a human host
