Camp For Aspiring Chefs- Begging Skills

• During this camp I learned introductory knife and culinary skills
• Taught by Chef Paul Brown a chef at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and a current head chef at the SVCI (Sun Valley Culinary Institute)

Camp For Aspiring Chefs- Advanced Skills

• Throughout this camp I learned rudimentary cooking and frying methods from all around the world
• I put my skills to the test by creating meals for my peers and I from culinary methods taught by Chef Paul and Chef Nadina.
