Summary
Driven by my love for Softball beginning at a young age, I have developed a passion for youth development and coaching after starting high school. To lead the young athletes in my community to the best of my ability, I leveraged my knowledge of coaching and leading young girls by volunteering with Miss Tampa Bay Softball as an assistant coach along with Girls With Confidence as an assistant camp counselor. Here I was able to help the girls in both environments excel in working as a team as well as create a positive, motivational, and inclusive environment for everyone. My newly developed expertise in relationship and confidence building helps foster new connections and drives my athletes and campers to be the kindest, most confident young ladies that they can be. I am working to inspire these kids to make a change and excel at anything they put their mind to in the future.
