Virtual and On Campus Programs Intern
2 Years 11 Months- Co-run the campus visit inquiries email, managing requests including canceling and scheduling visits, and answering general questions from prospective students and families
- Assist in planning admissions events for students interested in CU
- Prepare materials and execute events for 700+ guests to promote CU Boulder
- Independently run student interaction sessions of 50+ students to facilitate prospective student engagement and foster a welcoming community
- Work alongside Admissions staff supporting them in their daily tasks
Research Intern
3 Years 3 Months- Complete training modules regarding MRI safety and research protocols
- Participate in monthly group intern projects and meetings
- Independently prepare participants for MRI scanning and operate the data collection process alongside an MRI technician
- Shadow and train on various MRI research protocols created by research labs
- Work quickly to troubleshoot any issues with technology that arise

I had the privilege and opportunity of representing CU Boulder at the 2023 Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association's Student Development Institute conference in January of 2023. Here, I attended informational sessions and connected with hundreds of other student ambassadors from 99 other universities, and was able to both share and receive insight on how to build a better program, while gaining knowledge of diverse backgrounds.
