Fun is serious business and this program will teach your teen how to run it! We will teach aspects of operating a small amusement rental business. Participants receive hands on training. Upon completion, participants are eligible for employment, helping to run our business with the Department of Recreation.

Assist in planning and organizing cheerleading practices. Provide guidance to cheer team members on techniques and routines. Support the head coach in coordinating team activities and events. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment. Aid in skill development through drills and exercises.

During the weekly meetings students learn to identify community needs and plan service projects. Examples of last year’s service projects include:

• Volunteering at an Asset Conference.
• Hosting nine parent night out events.
• Supporting the county-wide Saturday night skate program.
• Organizing canned food drives.
