
After college (1970) started working for P M Associates in the insurance service industry.
Learned insurance premium auditing and loss control (Risk Management) by working with General Accident Insurance Company Philadelphia branch Loss Control Manager.
In early 1970's I worked for two years with two elevator inspectors (both previously elevator mechanics) and then took test for Pennsylvania Elevator Inspector and passed.
Worked as elevator inspector till the early 1990's at which point I worked closely with the owner of an elevator maintenance/repair/installation company in New York City. I worked and learned new installations, modernizations and troubleshooting for both hydraulics and tractions.
By mid 1990's I began performing elevator consulting for a national client (Salvation Army). By late 1990-s I began to consult for a variety of clients.
In 1999 I became the President of P M Associates and successfully ran the company until 2018 when I sold it.
Acted as elevator consultant for all types projects for small, medium and large clients
Responsible for assessment of elevator equipment condition, elevator maintenance.
Responsible for specifications for modernizations or new installations.
