Wrote, maintained and extended a vast library of code responsible for automating ETL (Extract Transform Load) tasks and the test suites (featuring both integration and unit tests) that prevented the regression of that code
Configured connectors between Idiomatic and client data stores in accordance with client goals to maximize ROI and minimize friction, cost and time-to-value
Acted as the premier technical reference/support to data science and client success teams in all matters related to the Idiomatic product
Identified and investigated bugs in Idiomatic and made recommendations to the product development team for how to mitigate them by debugging production application code and analyzing application performance metrics
Built features and data infrastructure that extended Idiomatic’s capabilities in service to emerging essential internal (data science and client success) and external (client) needs
Ensured data integrity by monitoring database operations failures and intervening as necessary; deleting, updating and inserting data as necessary and occasionally restoring tables from archives
Managed Enablement Engineering function and tooling; made new hires and onboarded them and set the team’s priorities in accordance with company-wide objectives
Coordinated with the product development team during the process of crafting new feature specifications; namely, translated the actual experience of existing clients into functional and non-functional requirements and spearheaded proofs of concept
