At Hercules we’re a o-ring company, we produce o rings that are used in a range of applications, from kids toys to military air crafts. I usually receive shipments using D365 computer system, sometimes I pick orders for outbound shipping and also work in our shipping department when needed.

• Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory within warehouse.
• Conducted regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and optimize stock flow.

• At Battery Systems we supplied batteries to retailers and businesses all over the country. I started out as a class c licensed driver but also ended up working as a material handler/warehouse associate receiving new product and filling orders for our customers.

I worked at batteries plus for about six years and had a few different roles while i was there. I started out as a sales associate, got certified as a device repair technician where i repaired a range of smart devices.

Lastly i was a driver/ inventory auditor. I delivered commercial customer orders and also had a small team that was responsible for conducting inventory counts at the six different stores in our district every couple of weeks.

Ensured timely delivery of merchandise to designated departments on the sales floor.

Worked as a customer service representative, assisting individuals in selecting outfits for various occasions and providing excellent cashiering services.

Received, sensored, and managed merchandise for Forever 21 while ensuring its timely placement on the sales floor.

As a young man still in high school and working his first job, i picked up a lot good habits and experiences here that helped shape me into the person i became in the work place.

We had to set dining tables, serve food, fill out intake logs for the residents in our dining room and also clean up after. A couple of things i picked up while working here were the importance of being punctual, since it wasn't tolerated at all. patience and compassion are some of the others that come to mind.
