• Collaborated with Fleet Services alongside Mr. Manny Perez and CSM Rosales to receive, issue, and track military vehicles.
• Maintained comprehensive records of vehicle locations, status, and maintenance schedules.
• Submitted weekly mileage reports to J4 and CSM Rosales for transmission to Enterprise.
• Served as OCIE Manager: issued and tracked Individual Protective Equipment including IOTVs, SAPI plates (state and federal), and conducted full OCIE layout inspections.
• Functioned as Weapons Specialist, handling temporary and permanent equipment transfers using DA Form 2062 (temporary hand receipts) and DA Form 3161 (permanent transfer).
• Conducted full Commander’s Inventory audits, ensuring 100% accountability of weapons, ammunition, and sensitive items (SI).
• Generated and submitted discrepancy memorandums for any issues found on the Commander’s Property Hand Receipt (PHR).
