I am a phlebotomist and a lab technician with the company , i am equally on the donor floor as well as working back with the lab . For the phlebotomist portion i have the knowledge to set up or machines as well as take the donor through the whole process of our donation system : which includes talking them through the process . Sticking then (hooking them up to the machine ) , taking care of any of their needs and taking them off the machine giving them arm care instructions and making sure they are ambulatory leaving our center . For the lab portion of my job , i have the knowledge to deal with the payment process and any issues that may occur , while also processing the plasma bottles which includes taking samples from the bottles and putting them in the freezer in a timely manner . Among making sure the bottle is suitable for processing on our end of the operation . For both parts of the center i am able to do our calibrations confidently.

• I supervise for my departments which involves mens , big kids , babies and toys
• decide where to set up and make features for my departments .
• Im also able to help with the truck break down and sorting .
• Im also very involved with customer service , if they need help finding a item or a price i would do that or help any of their other needs.
• Im able to help the customer through the phone that may include calling other stores to help locate if they have their product or products they want . Which also includes transferring them to someone who would be able to help them if i can not .
• Im very flexible so where ever they may need me for extra help i do so .
• Im able to give guidance to other associates who are working in my department. Such as if they don't know where to put a product or they ask if they can change something

• I assisted the customer with finding their desired product they needed and helped with any other information they wanted
• I assisted the customer with the checking out process and made sure they had found everything they needed and the prices were correct
• I was able to do online orders and take them out to the receiving customers when they were ready
• I put freight in stock out and set up planograms
• I worked closing shifts so i am familiar with the closing process
• I was able to handle any customer concerns or complaints that they had and if I cannot give them the information they needed i directed them to someone who could help them
• I was also able to answer the phone with any concerns the customer would have concerning products or just general questions on return policies, or return of items. If I was not able to help them, I would direct them to someone who would have that information.
