• Establishing a process to gather, integrate, centrally analyze, and respond to Counterintelligence (Cl), Security, Information Assurance (Al), Human Resources (HR), Law Enforcement (LE), and other relevant information indicative of a potential Insider Threat.

• Lead Counter Insider Threat for Defense Health Agency enterprise, develops policies and procedures for DHA enterprise (130,000+ people) regarding Information Security abiding by federal laws, policies, and DoD regulations. As well as case and project management.

• Collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with other components and/or any other group or entity, to support and facilitate the remediation, mitigation, and resolution of security incidents that transpired on target networks.

While at Allied Universal, I traveled to various sites to help build programs and supervise officers.

MITRE McLean Virginia Cleared Supervisor: May 2019 to August 2021 and March 2022 to July 2022:

• Maintained the schedule and the records for officers/Project Managers and maintaining contact with management via phone and email.

• Provide support for the classified meeting, secure spaces, and after-hour checks for classified information and processing. Provide escort security for high-profile visitors. Provide supervision for all security officers on my shift.

• Collaborate with DoD Components, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and the National Insider Threat Task Force (NITTF) on security and Insider Threat matters.

General Dynamics Cleared Supervisor Durham, North Carolina, August 2021 to March 2022 :

• Detect evidence of employee misconduct, policy violations, and potential information theft, sabotage, and/or fraud.

• Develop and maintain security and Insider Threat performance measures, determine appropriate metrics, analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and track actions to resolution.

• Worked with FSO to provide SCIF security and create physical security policies and create a record/case management system.

Armed Supervisor Broad Street Charlotte North Carolina April 2018 to May 2019:

• Synthesize information from audit collection, data mining operations, and additional sources to compile results into investigative reports or analytical products as required.

• Prepare and present analysis with findings and recommendations, in the form of briefings and/or reports, to local government leads and managers as required.

• Work with Law Enforcement to create policies, guidance and oversite for Human trafficking and workplace violence.

•Service industrial, residential, or recycle routes to mechanically collect construction debris, solid waste, or recyclables and transport them to the post-collection facilities for proper disposal. As well as maintained CDLs.

•Creation of job duties, schedules and delegated tasks to construction workers. As well as managed log of all jobs sites.

•Determining the most efficient and effective way to move troops safely across obstacles.

•Supervising and assisting in the building and breaching of military trenches and tank traps.

•Making defense items, like floating bridges, fighting positions, defensive positions, and other obstacles.
