
Compliance professional seeking a part-time retail position at your store. Dependable, personable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Available to work evenings; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
• Design and deliver monthly NCAA rules education programs for coaches, student-athletes, and athletics staff, ensuring awareness of current and newly adopted legislation while promoting a proactive culture of compliance.
• Conduct ongoing audits of recruiting and compliance management systems assessing adherence to NCAA regulations, identifying process improvements, and mitigating institutional risk.
• Partner with athletics leadership, coaches, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations governing booster involvement.
• Prepare, submit, and manage NCAA violations and waiver requests, conducting thorough reviews while collaborating with athletics leadership to implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Perform weekly audits of expense and reimbursement activity through Concur to ensure compliance with institutional policies and NCAA regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leverage regulatory expertise, analytical problem-solving, and relationship management skills to address stakeholder concerns, strengthen compliance processes, and support operational effectiveness.
IAPP CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) Certification: The completion of this certification is currently in progress.
