My passion for people has developed along the journey of being a waitress, a team member for a small organization, taking over some project management and moving ranks in CRM sales as a team member in my previous role. ( 5 years in customer-facing roles with management assistance sprinkled in for 3-4 of those years) Every new position had its learning curve which turned into growth and improved ability. I thrive in the fluidity of being independent and collaborative- creative and strategic- fun and productive.
