● Provide direct patient care as well as collaborate with health care team in reporting changes in patient conditions.

● Assisted in training new staff, obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy & EKGs, glucose monitoring, post- mortem care.

● Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, ambulation, feeding, oral care, perineal care) and ensure comfort.

● Cared for COVID-19 patients during the pandemic.

• Answer internal and external calls to the hospital
• Answer hotline phone for codes internally, as well as EMS incoming codes then page codes overhead and send them out to beepers
• Train new employees.

• Assist customers at the customer service desk
• Count register tills, and handle Western Union transactions
• Ensure all employees get break, train new employees.
