I have worked in many different departments at chase as well as a lot of different communication skills depending on the surroundings I am working in. I am a problem solver when I start something I like to finish it so I know my customer is taken care of instead of sending the request or issue through iqnet or cims so even lsp. My reason for applying for this position is I can have more of a hands on problem solving for customers which at the end of the day making the customer is properly taken care of .
Customer was paying for funeral costs and credit line was already over the credit line and was being declined so i researched and found other accounts he had with us so I consolidated so his existing account would have the funds he needed to complete the transaction.
I can work in any setting and incorporate others around me . I have had so much experience with the bank I have a lot of knowledge that would help not only with our customer's and reward process which will benefit all areas of the bank.
