I have worked in many different departments at chase as well as a lot of different communication skills depending on the surroundings I am working in. I am a problem solver when I start something I like to finish it so I know my customer is taken care of instead of sending the request or issue through iqnet or cims so even lsp. My reason for applying for this position is I can have more of a hands on problem solving for customers which at the end of the day making the customer is properly taken care of .

  • I have Worked in many different departments with credit card services such as follows:
  • Internet department

  • I have also dcc many times when the new trainer class hits the floor and starts taking calls, I am there to assist them on finding the information to questions instead of just telling them
  • I also worked a project when chase changed minimum payments to five percent from the prior 2 am coach was a role I took
  • When our manager was away, I would take supervisor calls because when did have an escalations team then
  • I have always met my handle time, so managers do like to sit people with me to give pointers how to relay correct knowledge in a reasonable amount of time in a call
  • My surveys are always exceeding
  • When ever Chase needs me to work overnights due to weather effecting our other sights or during covid I would work 12 hours over night shifts to fit our business demands
  • What ever demands are needed from me I do I will.

Customer was paying for funeral costs and credit line was already over the credit line and was being declined so i researched and found other accounts he had with us so I consolidated so his existing account would have the funds he needed to complete the transaction. 

Additional Information

I can work in any setting and incorporate others around me . I have had so much experience with the bank I have a lot of knowledge that would help not only with our customer's and reward process which will benefit all areas of the bank.
