Write, create and implement curriculum for all seniors at Rocky Mountain Prep Smart, focused on postsecondary planning and preparation. Curriculum includes postsecondary choice, financial aid, transitions after high school, application and enrollment paperwork, scholarship applications and career planning and exploration. Also act as college counselor, coaching 96 12th graders with their postsecondary goals and plans. Track progress and goals for each student, using data to inform teaching and counseling methods. Connect with parents and family members to support their understanding and learning in the postsecondary planning process. Support the coordination and implementation of 12th grade events and activities.
