Write, create and implement curriculum for all seniors at Rocky Mountain Prep Smart, focused on postsecondary planning and preparation. Curriculum includes postsecondary choice, financial aid, transitions after high school, application and enrollment paperwork, scholarship applications and career planning and exploration. Also act as college counselor, coaching 96 12th graders with their postsecondary goals and plans. Track progress and goals for each student, using data to inform teaching and counseling methods. Connect with parents and family members to support their understanding and learning in the postsecondary planning process. Support the coordination and implementation of 12th grade events and activities.

Advised recent high school graduates on postsecondary planning and transitions. Supported students in engaging with their campuses, finding their fit, and building their skill sets while on campus. Guided students to complete financial aid forms, verification, complete enrollment and registration steps, and seek out on-campus resources to support their success. Created and implemented a virtual peer mentoring program for 12th graders as they transitioned to their postsecondary plans. At STRIVE Prep - SMART, created and implemented postsecondary planning and career exploration curriculum to 9th and 10th graders. Coached 9th and 10th graders 1:1 on building their college profile, and goal setting to support college access and postsecondary success.

As a graduate assistant and full-time coordinator, the primary focus was the implementation of MyQuest, the Student Life Leadership Program, including logistical oversight, event planning, programmatic build-out, assessment and evaluation, and workshop facilitation. Supervised and supported student workers, providing opportunities for professional development workshops, coaching, and goal-setting in their roles as Student Ambassadors. Collaborated on student events, service opportunities and all other areas of student life on campus.

Supervised program 6 person coordinator team in all school-year program implementation, focusing on engagement and retention, community action, leadership, and college and career exploration. Advanced program objectives, goals and initiatives to achieve outcomes in all school-year programming. Created and implemented an initiative to provide wrap-around support to Crossroads graduates in the areas of college persistence and career development. Aligned programming with best practices and emerging trends in the college persistence and workforce development fields. Collaborated with Director of Program Evaluation and Impact to align evaluation efforts with program strategy.

Guided the vision, strategy and implementation of 5-year, leadership development program, aligning with the experiential learning cycle, and program pillars of leadership development, community impact and college and career readiness. Created a college preparation and readiness program to meet the needs of our first generation college scholars. Directed all staff hiring, training and supervision, including managing full-time and seasonal staff. Developed and managed annual $700,000 program budget.
