  • Implemented framework to train and integrate Modern Delivery program into the Agile Release Train (ART). Templatized Jira issues writing format with emphasis on quantifiable value delivery.   • Optimized the existing backup process of all tools owned by our program - Proposed recommendation adhering to organizations legal guidelines to reduce the frequency of backups (current state - Daily for 7 tools; Proposed State - 1 backup each month). Early Q1-2025 usage stats indicate cost avoidance in access of ~$ 35k per month for each tool. Annual projection ~$2.9 Million.
  • Lead on initiative to increase productivity and drive efficiency by migrating to Atlassian Cloud - Tools evaluation (marketplace plug-ins) currently in the Freddie ecosystem. Analysis and recommendation on optimal path to configure Jira Plan, Goals and Teams construct native to Jira Cloud - Outreach, coaching, to drive consensus and value proposition to power users.
