*Post-discharge telephone triage nurse to make and take follow up calls from patients discharged from surgery center. Completes telephone triage of symptoms and provides timely and appropriate dispositions for medical care. Each call provides professional communication and empathy towards patients while listening effectively to attend to patient needs, if any. Every call provides customer service and clinical advice while adhering to Organization and State protocol/policies/guidelines. Calls also inquire about customer/patient service satisfaction and inquiry for improvement, if applicable. Patient satisfaction is a goal of every call.

• Management of patients on intra-aortic balloon pumps and continuous venovenous hemodialysis
