Collect Accident Reports and Checklists
Communicate with the claims team by gathering supporting documentation such as check-out slips, signed rental agreements, police report numbers, impound documentation, witness statements, estimates of damage, and any additional correspondence associated with the accident
Upload photos of damaged vehicles, accident reports/kits, repair estimates, check-in/out slips, rental agreements, and related supporting documents to the claims website
Respond to requests from claim coordinators and fleet department, escalating issues as needed to GM or claims department
Handle calls internally and externally as it relates to customer support, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors as needed
Perform various administrative and essential accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, order supplies, and miscellaneous reports,
Complete paperwork for new hires
Petty cash reconciliation as directed by GM
Assist with customer service adjustments as requested
Obtaining HIPAA guidelines for medical requirements and/or standard. Providing benefits and claim information. Educating member on how their deductible works towards their policy. Reviewing PA information and verifying provider information, location and DOS. Discussing plan types for OE and eligibility. Assist in finding INN providers. Assist in de-escalating difficult calls and making sure the member is satisfied with the end results.
