- I began with this company in 2011 as a front-end associate meaning my job was to check out customers at the registers all while giving them the best customer service experience.
- As I have grown with this company I moved into the tobacco department, and this meant handling a secured area. I had to keep inventory of products. I was also a part of the online orders department. Before it grew as big as it is now I was 1 of the few in charge of fulfilling orders and tobacco on my own certain days. This allowed me to excel in managing multiple task at a time.
- I currently am in the fulfillment department. My duties involve pulling over 80 units an hour, handling any in person or phone calls with issues that need to be resolved, sorting batches on time and dispensing orders under 5 minutes.
- My supervisor is not always present, and that requires me on specific days to play the role of a supervisor. I delegate work to each associate, watch closely to be sure batches are sorted on time and make sure to keep my team on task. My team is small, and we work close together. It is very important to communicate in order for our department to run smoothly.
