• During my time on the desk I was in charge of gathering events and news for the newsroom.
• I worked alongside producers and I was in constant communication with what was happening.
• I was in charge of contacting police and organizations to find information for stories and producers.
• Kept an eye on competition for the team in case of any stories being missed.
