Hi, I am 19, and I would love to work full-time.
I worked for the Corporate Human Bean in Medford, OR, and just moved with my family to Clearlake. I have always enjoyed making coffee, and the way I can interact with the customers. Dutch Bros first started in Grants Pass, Oregon, so I grew up with it around everywhere. I would be so grateful to be allowed to continue being a barista.

Accomplishments
- I created a promotional drink, The Pumpkin Java Chip, which I sent to The Human Bean marketing team to be tested. It was chosen for our august promotional last year and is bar far one of my happiest achievements.
- I became Manager, which is something I worked hard for. When I first started the girls who had been there for a long time prior could be very hostile and judgmental. It made working hard to enjoy at times, But me, along, with other employees really implemented a change as the those girls began to leave. We were understanding, patient and open minded to new people, and that's something I kept up as manager that I am very proud of. It also allowed me to make very good friends along the way.
