• Review all quotes: including program documentation, labor costs, tooling costs, paint specifications, additional capitol equipment, packaging costs and any other procedures required to conform to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Projects: Assign tasks to staff including engineering, maintenance, and fabrication teams, review project goals, monitor progress, maintain quality standards, maintain deadlines.
• Design prototype tooling, gauges, fixtures, equipment/ tools required to efficiently process customer parts through electro coating and powder coating process.
• Develop SOP documentation to ensure procedures and processes are being followed to maintain customer’s quality standards.
• Training: Engineering/ Production/ Fabrication: train problem solving skills, pass on effective troubleshooting knowledge to help teams become more efficient and effective.
