Summary

I started with Medina Electric Company in 1989 as a ground man. I worked my way up to an A line man where I climbed poles, tied in new wire, and worked bucket trucks. Cross trained in line, over head, and underground construction. Relocated to Eagle Pass, Tx in 1995 and was hired with Central Power & Light as a ground man and moved up to a A line man with cross training in service and construction, and rotated working trouble calls. In 2002, I was transferred to Uvalde, Tx and continued working in construction and service. I have served in the Laredo District Safety Committee periodically. In 2018, I was promoted to Line Crew Leader and lead a four man crew to provide safe and exceptional service to the Uvalde area.
