Running a small home with 2 residents. 4 LNAs as well as a DON above me. I helped with the schedule, covering shifts, one on one care with the residents as well as overseeing medication administration and ordering of medications and supplies.

This was my first Nurse Manager position. I did this while also working at Cedarcrest as a floor nurse.
