M.Sc. Neuroscience-Biology with research, leadership, and teaching experience that has worked on a high variety of research topics using many different techniques and model organisms.   • Adapt to and understand various physiological, biological, and drug delivery projects brought to BAF by the varying scientists and their researchers at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and assist/consult with those scientists on immunocytochemistry, histology, and imaging-based experiments.

  • Tested new expansion and clearing techniques for staff scientists to troubleshoot and perfect SOPs/protocols.

  • Software/hardware features and use of facility microscopes including but not limited to Nikon A1R/AxR, Yokogowa SoRa Spinning Disk, Multiphoton, Nikon AxR iLAS-TIRF, and AxR NSPARC systems.
  • Use of IVIS live imaging system and how to preform proper luciferase imaging with necessary controls.
