  • Designed and executed a comprehensive, end-to-end change management roadmap for the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand, St. Luke’s Learning Management System (LMS), supporting 18,000 learners.
  • Introduced the organizations first AI-driven learning platform, Percipio, for 15,000 learners offering a blend of self-paced online courses, hands-on practice, virtual live online classes, and coaching to support talent development.
